The Sliding Fee scale is a service provided by CMFC for anyone needing mental health services in our community. The sliding fee scale scholarship is designed for any and all persons, couples, children and families. Community members present with depression, anxiety, anger, conflict in the family, and/or parenting concerns. These are sometimes combined with possible substance abuse. Mental health services are provided by licensed professional counselors and residents- all of whom work with clients using our sliding scale program. There is no limit to the number of appointments a client may use, and clients may have more than one session per week. Appointments are offered Monday ‒ Friday from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm or later. When clients call they are offered all of the payment options: insurance, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or the Sliding Fee scale and they decide which will work for them. Income is verified for the sliding fee scale using pay stubs or past tax documents.
