Mission

The NCSF is committed to creating a political, legal and social environment in the US that advances equal rights for consenting adults who engage in alternative sexual and relationship expressions. The NCSF aims to advance the rights of, and advocate for consenting adults in the BDSM-Leather-Fetish, Swing, and Polyamory Communities. We pursue our vision through direct services, education, advocacy, and outreach, in conjunction with our partners, to directly benefit these communities. NCSF is a 501(c)4 advocacy and membership organization. Incident Reporting & Response

The NCSF Incident Reporting & Response (IRR) program provides assistance to individuals, groups and businesses who are involved in the kink, polyamory and Lifestyle communities and for people seeking information about them. Our goal is to assist individuals, groups and businesses that engage in BDSM, fetish or non-monogamy practices, and are being persecuted or discriminated against because of it. This includes assistance in removing kink or non-monogamy as a barrier to public services, help with outreach to local officials, and help dealing with a consent violation or sexual assault.
