The Young Nonprofit Professionals Network (YNPN) of Chicago Leadership Institute focuses on developing future leaders for the Chicago nonprofit and public service sectors by providing training, networking, coaching, mentoring, and roundtable discussions with executive directors for early career professionals and managers.

Population(s) Served

To support emerging talent within the nonprofit sector, YNPN Chicago provides a variety of personal and professional development opportunities for members to learn, connect, and network. We host at least two events a month—typically a professional development program and a networking event.
