Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Vantage Pointe provides individuals, families, communities, and corporations the tools, training, and support to build or transform relationships. Communication is key, and that’s our area of expertise. We work to achieve the results necessary to move forward in a productive, respectful, and effective manner. Our main goal is to change mindsets in order to change the way conflict is handled and to change the way mental health is addressed.

Outreach, education, and service delivery in several counties. Vantage Pointe offers families cooperative parenting/"crossroads" and constructive communication classes. We offer businesses and the community training such as Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Mediation Skills for Managers (for example: de-escalation, validation, reality testing), Leadership Empowerment, Meeting Facilitation Skills, Communicating with Challenging Staff, Coaching, Suicide Prevention Training, and Mental Health First Aid. Vantage Pointe also runs localTeen Court programs.

Strategic plan and professional and experienced staff are in place to execute plan.

Although the local government entities are quite familiar with the work of Vantage Pointe, much of the area served is not aware of Vantage Pointe. We are working to fix this through outreach and education.
