Creative Enterprises

CEI operates a training and employment service where people with disabilities are taught appropriate work behaviors based on individual work rehabilitation plans. When they are work ready, they are referred to our job placement services where our job coaches determine how much intervention they need in order to obtain employment. Job coaches are available to work the job with them until they can maintain the job on their own. We utilize our greenhouse to teach horticulture to people interested in this kind of work. We also have a day habilitation program geared toward people who are not going to be able to work in the foreseeable future and need significant intervention in learning daily living skills. Because people are lifelong learners, we teach a variety of classes based on interests and goals of the individuals we serve. we are currently teaching people on-site and via Zoom classes.
