The Outreach Center programs include a 28 bed emergency / transitional shelter for women and children, homeless prevention, street outreach, and rapid rehousing

Our goal is to make any incident of homelessness in our community rare, brief, and non-recurring.

To provide resources and support services to house individuals and families who are homeless and work within out system of care to prioritize and house the most vulnerable

We have training, expertise, and resources to provide financial assistance for housing. We also provide home based case management services to ensure our participants remain housed.

We have decreased our average shelter stay to 21 days and our exit to permanent destinations is up to 92%
