A local farming community where Indians can have the advantages of modern science woven into their farming techniques, in a project that places a high value on women, widows and education for children in the community. Ashram's being self contained communities, building dignity into the lives of impoverished local villagers in South India.  We have strategically chosen an area prone to drought and difficulty to demonstrate the value of science and global cooperation to bring hope to those without recourse. The Global Ashram, by design, is intended to be a model community where all members are developed in their unique daily routines, roles, and value.  The Global Ashram presents a way of life to people throughout India inspiring Indians to adopt new methods of rural living that create better living conditions and dignity for everyone.

Bringing business solutions to help the needy in South Asia.  Many people in developing countries would love to have the opportunity to access good paying jobs using skills in computer and technology related businesses.  In many cases these jobs are funded by American or European companies and offer a dramatic economic solution to poverty in local environments. This project sponsors computer training in urban areas where computer related jobs already exist.  The people we choose for training have demonstrate some potential but need a hand up.  We give them the hand they need through educational sponsorship and help our students with job placement.   We are teaming up with local organizations and community sponsors to bring low cost or free professional education to the poor and those without opportunities.  Those selected for training are taught useful skills that make them marketable as "outsourced" labor opening new and exciting ways to become self sufficient and productive members of society.
