What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Summer Camp
After campers are dropped off in the morning, they will start their day with a whole-group morning meeting to connect with their counselors and fellow campers, and go over the schedule for the day. Next, theyll complete their daily farm chores, such as cleaning out the animal paddocks and collecting eggs. Theyll have time to rest afterwards, and enjoy a light snack. The next part of the day will involve two hands-on learning experiences. At the conclusion of the second experience, the campers enrolled in the half-day program will pack up to head home, while the campers in the full-day program will transition into lunch. After lunch concludes, campers will go on a nature walk to explore the forest grounds. Next, campers will engage in the final two hands-on learning experiences for the day. Theyll have time to rest afterwards and enjoy a light snack. Before packing up to go home, campers will participate in fun outdoor field games, and time with the farm animals.
