Gordon E. Inman College of Health Sciences & Nursing
The Gordon E. Inman College of Health Sciences & Nursing offers a comprehensive education to students in a Christian environment, preparing them to become practitioners in health and social welfare fields. Departments include Nursing, Physical Therapy, Public Health, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work.
College of Visual and Performing Arts
The College of Visual and Performing Arts strives to be an active community that encourages imagination, nurtures creativity and promotes intellectual and professional growth in the arts. Its departments include Music, Theatre and Art.
College of Sciences and Mathematics
The College of Sciences and Mathematics challenges students to see knowledge as dynamic, while promoting scientific and mathematical principles as ways of knowing the world. Both students and faculty engage in scientific and mathematical practices that explore intellectual boundaries based on an established understanding of the world. Faculty employ innovative pedagogies, technology, research, and scholarship to encourage reflection on, and an understanding of, a scientific way of knowing.
Jack C. Massey College of Business
The Jack C. Massey College of Business is an innovative learning community that educates entrepreneurial, ethical and socially responsible future business leaders for the dynamic global economy. We serve traditional and adult undergraduate and part-time graduate students with nationally recognized programs accredited by AACSB International. Business professionals find opportunities for personal development and life-long learning through continuing education courses offered in the Center for Executive Education.
Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business
The Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business combines challenging academic study with robust extracurricular activities to prepare men and women for operational, administrative, creative, and technical careers in a variety of music, media and entertainment related industries. The college offers three undergraduate degrees (B.A., B.F.A., B.S., & B.B.A.), eleven areas of study (audio and video production, audio engineering technology, entertainment industry studies, journalism, mass communication, motion pictures, multimedia production, music business, publishing, songwriting, video production), a graduate degree (M.S.) with a major in Audio Engineering and maintains an elective specialization in entertainment and music business within the Masters of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.).
College of Law
The College of Law offers a professional program that provides a natural extension of the University's mission and vision, which emphasize challenging academics, a service-minded approach, real-world experience, and community leadership. Belmont law graduates are practice-ready attorneys, empowered by their education and co-curricular experiences to provide legal counsel in a variety of settings, with commitment to high standards of expertise and ethics.
College of Theology and Christian Ministry
An integral part of the University's heritage and mission, the College of Theology and Christian Ministry provides a solid foundation of academically challenging biblical and theological classes for our entire student body. The College offers nine diverse majors including a Christian Leadership major. This major prepares students who plan to serve in a leadership capacity in a church setting or Christian organization environment.
College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences
The College of Liberal Arts & Social Sciences strives to provide an environment in which students gain the knowledge, skills, and spirit to be lifelong learners. The strength of our College rests on incredible faculty who are from a breadth of academic disciplines. The faculty and staff are all dedicated to making students' educational experiences at Belmont second to none. The College is made up of three schools: the School of Education, School of Humanities and School of Social Sciences.
College of Pharmacy
Belmont University’s College of Pharmacy is becoming a nationally-recognized center for practice and leadership in pharmacy education with an innovative clinical doctorate. Building on the traditional Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) curriculum, the college offers students the opportunity to specialize in one of five areas: pharmacy management, information management, missions, pharmacotherapy or interdisciplinary care delivery. Each of these areas educate students for life-long professional improvement and service as competent and compassionate practitioners.
Interdisciplinary Studies and Global Education
Interdisciplinary Studies & Global Education provides students unique opportunities to explore the complexities of our increasingly interconnected and interdependent world. Through ISGE, students and faculty are encouraged to learn about the many cultural, political, economic, social, technological, and spiritual perspectives of our global neighbors.
