Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Services are provided in six areas. Family Counseling offers individual, family, child and adolescent counseling. Specialized services are provided for Domestic Violence, Anger Management, and seniors age 60+ who are crime victims, HIV/AIDS counseling and supportive groups, child assessments, and Employee Assistance Plans. Consumer Credit Counseling offers budget counseling at no cost, debt management services and educational workshops for the general community. Elder Case Management offers in home assessments, information and referral, nutritional assessments, and general case management. Crisis Center is a 24-hour/7day telephone crisis intervention/suicide prevention hotlines staffed with 150 volunteers. Homemaker Services are provided to frail elderly at risk for abuse or self-neglect, children who have been abused or neglected, HIV/AIDS patients, and on a fee for service. Financial Case Management offers representative payee services for individuals who are unable to manage their own funds in a responsible way. Case management services are available for HIV/AIDS clients, Domestic Violence victims, children with lead base paint poisoning, homeless adults and children and severely mentally ill. Many of these services are grant funded and charge no fee. Other specialized services may be available depending on funding sources. Details of services maybe obtained by calling 901-324-3637.
