What have and haven't they accomplished so far?

Our mission is to encourage philanthropy and increase giving.

We achieve our goal through monthly lunches where generosity is discussed and annual lunches which celebrate and encourage generosity in the city of Memphis.

On staff we have a person trained to lead "journeys of Generosity" which are 24 hour in-depth discussions of generosity.

We measure our success by how much money we give away. For two years in a row, we gave more than any foundation in Memphis although we are no means the largest. This was during 2010 and 2011 when we gave away about $30 million.

We have made significant progress in advancing the theme of generosity in Memphis. This was not done before we started in 2007.
