Mission

Our Mission Statement, “Promoting Independence for People with Disabilities" means that CILO will work for a fully inclusive community, which is free from physical and attitudinal barriers that prevent people with disabilities from exercising free will and choosing how they wish to live their lives. We abide by the precept expressed by former President Bill Clinton, “Inclusion, not exclusion; independence, not dependence; and empowerment, not paternalism".
