Sitting Groups and Retreats

Our weekly sitting Group in Nevada City, has at least 70 active members, and from 25 - 50 attend each week. Our weekly sitting group in Auburn, has about 40 active members, and about 10 - 20 attend each week. We sponsor 4-8 retreats per year, with 20-25 attending each retreat. We hold beginning classes in Auburn, Grass Valley, Rocklin, and surrounding areas twice a year. We provide support for far flung groups from Lake Tahoe/Truckee area to Reno/Carson City, Davis, Redding, Chico, throughout the foothills. We publish a weekly email that is sent to 4000 people.
