Mission
Our mission is to improve the health, hygiene, education, comfort and well-being of disadvantaged Zambian children, and to provide skills training to Zambian women with the goal of empowering individuals towards self-sufficiency.
How do we achieve our mission? 1. We provide basic necessities, including footwear, clothing, food, school supplies, health & hygiene supplies, mosquito nets, & sporting equipment. 2. We support organizations that educate and enrich the community through dance, drama, and team sportsmanship.3. We aid in the provision of vocational skills training for women to promote independence and economic stability.

The Flip Flop Foundation currently supports 36 organizations (orphanages, community schools, sports-based programs, hospices, and a refugee camp), primarily in Lusaka. The organization also runs a Sisters & Brothers Program which provides an ongoing friendship / exchange of communication between Zambian and American children.
