Coaching and Equipping Servant Leaders to multiplied Impact through Christ
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
The problem of chronic Christian complacency is widespread. At 30 60 100 we work tirelessly to equip, encourage, and establish Christian leaders in an increasingly stronger faith-walk. Locally we have created an outreach called TW3: Transforming the Worker, the Work and the Workplace with the intention of helping business men and women to be salt and light in the marketplace. Take their Sunday-morning training into their Monday-Saturday work/life activities. Our work is not limited to our community - we see our community as the world. So we travel annually to remote regions -- cities, towns, villages and hamlets to teach the Word, pray with leaders, and BE PRESENT with them to solve problems they face in their own lands.

Overview
The Spiritually Healthy Leader Series is a program vital to the growth and development of Christian leaders – whether in ministry, or business as ministry.
The Series consists of four Modules: eight full hours of action-packed interactive instruction, presented one day a month over four months.
As part of your learning experience, the Series also includes four one-hour personal coaching appointments scheduled with a member of The Rekindling Coaches Network after each module – totaling 40 hours of training and interaction.
Participants will benefit from a variety of teaching methods: facilitator-led instruction, individual reflection, interactive dialogue, breakout groups, and personal action planning.
The Back 40 Project
Reaching the Back 40
Christians in Back 40 remote areas across the globe have reached out to us, asking us to travel to remote areas to provide short-term coaching, equipping, and training. We take the Spiritually Healthy Leader® Series to their location doing onsite workshops and coaching to encourage and inspire them to cultivate their own spiritual health and significance. This is a multi-year program.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
*Create an infectious atmosphere in our city where business persons put their walk as equally important as their talk
* Widen the outreach of the ministry through partnerships with other International Christian Ministries
* Continue growing the Back 40 project -- fulfilling commitments with existing partners, and increasing our outreach
* Teach Spiritually Healthy Leader workshops on demand in Lubbock Texas area, as well as across Texas
* Begin creating content for online access 24/7/365 — in English (Spanish to follow)
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
* Continue building partnerships with citywide business leaders, members of the community government, local non-profit organizations and church leadership
* Continue building our relationship with FCCI International
* Continue working with pastors in remote areas - this year we return to Cambodia
* Open conversations with ministries that carry on international partnerships opening doors to continued growth.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
2018: Back 40 trip to Cambodia
2019: Back 40 trip to Cambodia and Guatemala
Continued outreach in USA as well
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Invitation from Appletree Ministry to Western Ukraine to teach Spiritually Healthy Leader workshops in Western Ukraine in 2014 and 2015.
Attended FCCI International, Hispanic Division conference in Mexico — May 16-19, 2013. Met with leaders of 5 different nations who are interested in strategic planning for their national groups. Met with Pat McGrath during the conference to begin putting together a strategy for continued interaction and ministry partnership.
Three trips to Guatemala in 2013, two to Mexico.
Two trips to remote regions of India in 2015 and 2016
One trip to Cambodia, both Phnom Penh and provincial areas in 2017, second trip in May 2018, and a return trip to Cambodia in May 2019--with invitations to return in 2020.
— last year, we were invited to teach 24 provincial pastors for a 3-day leadership retreat; 50 were in attendance.
— this year we are told that there will be 60 provincial pastors (from all over Cambodia) in attendance - but the possibility of as many as 100 is real.
— these pastors and church planters are working with our contact to establish 500 newly planted churches across their nation by EOY 2020! That is an amazing goal - and we are delighted to participate with them in some small way to help achieve that goal.
