TO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO TEACHERS AND SCHOOL LEADERS IN CHARTER SCHOOLS. TO PROVIDE THE SUPPORT THEY NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN PROVIDING WORLD-CLASS EDUCATION TO THEIR STUDENTS. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE SURE EVERY CHILD HAS AN EFFECTIVE TEACHER.

THE EDUCATOR EFFECTIVENESS PROCESS IS A COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATOR EVALUATION SYSTEM WITH PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE ACTIVITES AND PROFESSINAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORTS DESIGNED TO HELP EDUCATORS BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE SO THAT STUDENT ACADEMIC PERFORMANCES IMPROVE. IN 2018, THE PROGRAM WAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE RECRUITING, TRAINING, INDUCTION AND MENTORING OF NEW TEACHERS FOR THE PARTICIPATING SCHOOLS. THERE ARE 18 LOCAL ACADEMIES AND 230 TEACHERS PARTICIPATING.
