Our mission is to encourage and facilitate donors to achieve Christ-centered objectives by providing excellence in personalized charitable giving services and educational resources. The Christian Community Foundation, Inc. ® dba WaterStone is also a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA), the premier organization for monitoring the legal compliance and financial integrity of Christian charitable organizations.

BIO

Steve Leach serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WaterStone. He began his career at Compaq Computer where he discovered his passion for product management and strategic planning, which he later refined at IBM and Dell. Steve likewise sourced private equity investments in advanced technology for Dell Ventures. He served as CEO of NovaCenrtix, Corp, a venture-backed nano-materials technology company, as well as Vice President of Business Development for Vida Capital, a boutique hedge fund. Steve's product design, strategic marketing and strategic investment background positions him well to deliver innovative product and services to advance WaterStone's Kingdom objectives at the cutting edge of innovation in asset transformation.

Steve is a graduate of Texas A & M University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He and his wife Carolyn have two sons in Texas and two daughters in Colorado Springs. Steve currently serves on the board of The Christian Compassion Center.He is a member of the C12 Group, a Christian leadership development organization comprised of CEOs and business leaders committed to using their influence to serve Christ.
