AEMP UNIVERSITY
AEMP Online University delivers high quality professional development opportunities by providing access to a wealth of information in an interactive online learning environment. Designed to expand our reach with both live and recorded events, we will be accessible to all members of the industry as well as the seasoned pro and the next generation. It is the face of professionalism of the entire industry and is a world-class platform for career training education. The value of the University is in its convenience, accessibility to all stakeholders and in the quality of the product it delivers.
AEMP Education Foundation Manuals & Texts
Best practices in fleet asset management capturing industry expertise from all sides of the Equipment Triangle.
Workforce Development Program
By Year Three, 300+ technicians created through Scholarships: 150 from AEMP Education Foundation funds, and 150 from various service club matching funds.
Technician of the Year
The Tech of the Year will be leveraged for industry messaging on the skills gap and career opportunities.
Heroes of Iron
By Year Three, 400 veterans will be trained and placed in the Heroes of Iron Job Bank.
