Young Ethiopian Self-Sufficiency Enahncing Re-education Association(Yessera) is dedicated to alleviating poverty and enhancing human well-being with a primary focus on the youth of Ethiopia. By forging the necessary alliances and raising essential resources Yessera intends to become a vehicle for individual, community and national development and transformation.

To link up able and ready youth with viable and willing businesses and organizations, Yessera's programs include: candidate selection, school enrollment, supervision, housing, counseling, and other needed provisions for a year's training till graduation.

Population(s) Served

1).Yearly vocational(Building Construction) training in Addis Ababa at OICE,  for 10 destitute youth from targeted area. 2010-2011 from Ebinat Town(near Gondar, north Ethiopia)
2). Business start up help for Assosa(western Ethiopa), October 2010 graduates.
3). Linking and providing more guidance to previous graduates from Bekoji(eastern) and Hawassa  and their enterprises.
4). Strengthening Yessera organizational structure to start work on long term goal of building Yessera Training Center.
