Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

To bring young people together, and creat friendships, mentoring skills and care for thier community as well as build their self esteem.
I would like this program to become a 'National' program and offer free training in all the arts and skills that the music industry toches, (i.e. Drama, Art, Photography, Marketing and Advertising, Sound recording, Dance etc)

Build the program is lsow steps based soley on word of mouth about the group at first and then establish an advertising strategy to make the program known to the masses, and recruit new people to run the program in their town or city.
Also want to make the program known by doing benefits to raise money for worthy causes.

Ability to perform 2 to 3 hour shows for any organization that needs entertainment

Since the program started 8 years ago with extremely limited opportunities to perform now up to 16 shows a year and over 50% of them were donated shows to help other organizations raise money.
Started with 10 kids and now we have over 30 young people a year in the program
