Volunteer Matching for NPO Capacity Building

Offered at all Jericho Road Project sites: Jericho Road offers a model for volunteer social action that leverages the professional skills and volunteerism of executives by matching their professional experience with the needs of under-resourced non-profit organizations in communities in need. Jericho Road's volunteers work with the staff of non-profits to strengthen the non-profit's performance; by doing so, the volunteer's work is amplified through the improved organization, thereby indirectly affecting all the clients the organization servers. While there is no typical engagement, Jericho Road volunteers apply their expertise in such areas as strategic planning, endowment building, capital campaigns, fundraising, technology planning and resolution, and legal consultation.
