Protection & Advocacy for Developmental Disabilities-Special Education
Advocacy for students with disabilities - protection from the unlawful use of seclusion and restraint; bullying; inappropriate expulsion/discipline
Protection & Advocacy for Developmental Disabilities - Adult DD
Protection & advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Investigation of abuse/neglect; advocacy for individuals to live in the least restrictive environment.
Protection & Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness
Protection & advocacy for individuals with mental illness; investigations of abuse and neglect -particularly in a facility setting such as a nursing home, assisted living residence, prison, jail, mental health institute.
Protection & Advocacy for Individual Rights
The PAIR program helps people with disabilities who have been discriminated against in housing or employment or need a public accommodation.
State Long-Term Care Ombudsman and Legal Assistance Developer Program
The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman and Legal Assistance Provider provide training and technical assistance to the regional ombudsmen and legal providers throughout Colorado.
Client Assistance Program
Advocacy for individuals with disabilities who have a dispute with the Division for Vocational Rehabilitation.
Protection & Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security
Advocacy for individuals with disabilities who are recipients of SSI/SSDI who are returning to work.
Protection & Advocacy for Individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries
Advocacy for individuals with TBI
Protection & Advocacy for Assistive Technology
Advocacy for individuals with disabilities who need assistive technology
Protection & Advocacy for Voting Access
The VOTE Program ensures that polling places and the voting process are accessible to people with disabilities.
