Mission

Rampart Search and Rescue is a Colorado non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that provides urban search and rescue on a county level. We are the only county Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) team in the state. Other teams work in the mountains (west of I-25). Our rescue team has been providing search and rescue services for more than 20 years, providing professional search and rescue services for Adams and Lincoln counties here in Colorado. We work closely with; Police Departments, Sheriff and Office of Emergency Management to fulfill several statutory responsibilities regarding search and rescue in Colorado. Our specialties include urban search and rescue, rescue stranded motorist during adverse winter weather and respond to disasters natural or man made. We do not charge for our services.

Rampart Search and Rescue - Cadet

Our Cadets (10 yrs old to 20 yrs old) train along side our adult members. They help in search for lost or missing persons and look for stranded motorist. They learn to work a long side other public safety agencies. Many of our Cadets have become adult members, have gone on to serve in the military or another public safety agency.

Our adult memers make up the team. We have 4x4, K9 search dogs and drone teams. We seach for those lost when called by local Law Enforcement at no charge.
