Serving Native Americans with Indian Law-related issues
Foreclosure Defense Project
Providing foreclosure defense legal assistance to low-income New Mexico homeowners being foreclosed upon
Migrant Worker Program
Providing advocacy and legal assistance to farmworkers and others who are the victims of wage theft and trafficking
Rural Advocacy Project
Providing civil legal assistance on a range of legal issues that include housing, family law, economic security and consumer law to rural residents of New Mexico
Low Income Taxpayer Clinic
Providing legal services to low-income New Mexicans who are being audited or are otherwise in dispute with the Internal Revenue Service
Safe To Be You
This program provides holistic civil legal services to New Mexican LGBTQ victims of violence through a legal helpline and though direct representation
Volunteer Attorney Program
Low-income individuals in need of civil legal assistance are matched with private attorneys volunteering their time at legal clinics and fairs throughout the state, and also in individual cases
