What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

We are a small church which carries the infinite heart of Jesus Christ. We currently provide church services to the Trumbull community, as well as a food pantry on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We hold a discipleship training course on Monday nights which has 17 students. These students are being trained in how to disciple others and plant churches. The English congregation has 120 members. The Spanish congregation has 75 in regular attendance. A large portion of people in our neighborhood are Spanish speaking. Our church has a team for the Albuquerque Rescue Mission, which is a homeless shelter. This team ministers to homeless individuals, teaches the gospel and provides worship music. We have an arts ministry with 9 artists in regular attendance. We are planning an arts program in which participants will learn a trade, such as weaving, and be mentored in life skills and Christian discipleship. We are currently seeking funding for both the food ministry and an applied arts weaving ministry called The Upper Loom. Women will learn to weave and earn a living that will emancipate them from poverty.
