What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Interfaith Hospitality Network

In the IHN program of Family Promise of Albuquerque, a host congregation furnishes clean, safe, overnight lodging and nutritious meals for four families (up to 14 guests) for one week every three months. Each morning, the homeless clients are transported in the network van to a day center where they receive case management by a paid Director. The clients get assistance on finding housing, jobs and connection with other pertinent agencies. In the evening the families are transported back to the host congregation. The day center provides a warm safe place during the day to get laundry done, take a shower, use the computer and phone for working on goals, and meet with a case manager for extra assistance. 85% of families graduate to housing, and 80% are able to find a job while in the program.
