What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

CNA, CareGiver, Dual Certification and Assisted Living Facility Manager Training

The CGTI model program includes comprehensive training that teaches caregiving skills and theory, success skills, test preparation and prepares the student for certification as both a professional Caregiver and a Certified Nursing Assistant. Potential students are actively recruited from the community and are predominantly economically disadvantage individuals. All candidates are throughly screened for aptitude and characteristics that make up a quality caregiver. The extensive training program remains economically accessible due to job training dollars and the generous support of indiviual donors. The program provides classroom instruction, skills lab and clinical experience and includes all equipment, social service support, and testing fees.
