The Academy for Creating Enterprise

Upon the completion of Start Now, students graduate and participate in ACE My Business. This training is reserved for members who have created their own income-generating activity or business. This curriculum covers more advanced topics such as enterprise mastery vs. self-mastery, employee management, expansion, marketing, finances, etc., and can foster internship experiences for Academy participants.

Chapter Support Groups are the lifeblood of the Academy as all members attend monthly Chapter Support group meetings that provide lifelong learning opportunities, build on the faith and experience of one another, and are trained by other successful entrepreneurs, including virtually by successful US based business leaders. Each Chapter Support Group has a chapter president (volunteer position) who is trained on how to manage people, prepare agendas, provide training, lead meetings, and support each member.

Members can participate in the annually held Academy Awards. All members in each of the 8-countries we serve are invited to gather to create and renew friendships, network, share business skills and knowledge, attend a myriad of workshops and seminars, and have an opportunity to enter competitions to earn awards, recognition, and scholarships. The Academy Awards program has revealed a number of incredible entrepreneurial ideas, such as a business empowering local female artisans, unique food and nutrition companies, medical supplies, devices and supplements, the production of coconut oil from unutilized resources, welding, carpentry, etc.

The Residential Program is a 4-week business training program like Start Now. It’s hosted at a facility as an in-person and country-wide event. Participants work in teams to practice Income Generating Activities and participate in team building and business classes.
