Mission
S.E.E.D., also known as Youth Financial Services NFP, was created to motivate and encourage youth, young adults, and families to lead productive and successful lives, despite the disparity seen or experienced in their personal environments and/or communities. Our goal is to elevate children, families, generations, and communities through innovative, accessible programs that promote early learning, youth and young adult achievement, and economic development.

Youth Financial Services
With a focus on at-risk and disadvantaged youth, 15-24 years of age, our objective is to increase youth awareness and knowledge in the areas of personal financial responsibility, business professionalism, and entrepreneurship. All of which are needed to survive and compete in the world today. Within our youth and young adult development programming, we also provide career exploration, job readiness, entrepreneurial mentorship, and/or paid work experience.
