Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Provide job skills and vocational training for individuals with disabilities so they can have a meaningful life and earn a paycheck. Provide families with the resources they need to support their children with special needs.

Providing job training and vocational skills through the employment center, gift store, and mini golf.
Provide parent information sessions. Provide resources, information, and referrals. Assist families by providing activities that offer a chance for children with disabilities to interact in the community and to broaden their support networks.

4RKids is providing jobs through the Employment Center and we are always expanding. The mini golf and store bring revenue into the programs. Shredding and cardboard recycling also bring in revenue while providing jobs. Trained staff provide education and community awareness. The Executive Director and Employment Director have been with the organization for 8 years, the Operations Manager was one of the founding members, and we have low staff turnover. This makes for better relationships between staff and the individuals we serve.

4RKids has 70 employees with disabilities and we served 534 children, adults, and family members during 2017. We hope to triple the number of individuals that are provided employment by 2021.
