What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Home Building

Build homes for families in Tijuana, Mexico who are homeless or do not have suitable housing. DOXA facilitates the building of over 50 homes per year by various volunteer groups from the United States.

Population(s) Served

DOXA's education programs help kids to succeed in school where they would otherwise fail. These individualized programs make sure that all needs are met so the student can focus on excelling in school. While specific needs depend upon each child's situation, some common needs are school supplies, uniforms, shoes, glasses, food, transportation, access to technology and Internet.

Population(s) Served

DOXA operates a community center in Tijuana that is vibrant with over 60 kids who come on a daily basis after school. This facility also houses various community gatherings, parenting classes, a children's summer camp, and dance recitals.
