Residential Construction

AEC is authorized by the Alaska Commission of Post-Secondary Education to offer a 1 year Certificate in Residential Construction and a 2 year Advanced Certificate in Residential Construction. Our students not only learn to build homes in their entirety, from dirt work through finish work, but they also develop personal discipline, strong character, and integrity which will serve them well as they enter the Alaskan trade industry and pursue their life goals.

Population(s) Served

Authorized by the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education, AEC offers three different areas of study in Office Occupations: General Office Clerk, Accounting Clerk, and Computer Information Processor. Our students are taught relevant job skills through curriculum issued by Microsoft. Our students have the option of becoming a Microsoft Office Specialist Certificate Holder, or receiving a Certificate in QuickBooks.
