What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Oregon Symphony

During 2008-09, the Oregon Symphony will perform and/or present the following concerts: Two free "Oregon Symphony in the Neighborhoods;" 48 Classical (incl. six in Salem); 19 Pops (incl. three in Salem); four "Inside the Score;" 3 Kids; 14 Special Concerts (incl. three Itzhak Perlman performances); one performance at Newberg's Baumann Auditorium; one Donor Appreciation concert; 16 Symphony Storytimes; four Young People's Concerts, and 12 concerts (six community & six youth) on a statewide tour in 08/09. Lastly, as part of the Community Music Partnership the Symphony will perform chamber music concerts, two Youth Concerts; one Community Concert and more than 300 education activities. These programs will reach more than 225,000 people.
