Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Resource and Referral
4Cs is a hub of connection, training and opportunity for families and providers. Our Resource & Referral department helps families find and pay for care, creates opportunities for advocacy, and links families with other community resources. Resource & Referral also engages providers in quality training, and assists with the licensing process.
Child Health and Nutrition
Reimburses licensed family child care providers and exempt providers listed on the Trustline registry for healthy snacks and meals they serve to children in thier care. Program operates in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties.
Child Development Centers
Provides full-day preschool and child care for low-income children so that their parents can work or participate in vocational education. Eight centers are open from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm year round. Programs operate in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Healdsburg and Sonoma California.
State Preschools
4Cs operates five State Preschools throughout Sonoma County in Santa Rosa and Windsor. The preschools have three hour sessions for low-income children ages 3-5 years old to help prepare them for school.
