Program 1
The organization serves persons with disabilities that reside in Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Modoc, Shasta, Siskiyou, Lassen & Plumas counties. Persons served are assisted with services for information, referrals, housing, peer advising, systems & individual advocacy, living skills training, rehabilitation housing services & attendant referrals. In addition to services, the persons served are provided with assistive technology & other equipment to help maintain &/or achieve self- reliance at their optimal level.
