CALIFORNIA RIGHT TO LIFE EDUCATIONAL FUND
Educating and advocating for all innocent human life from fertilization to natural death
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Our society devalues human life and our laws fail to protect it. We are pressured to discard the most vulnerable members of our families, especially the unborn, but also the elderly, when they are inconvenient. Children grow up with no understanding of their own inherent dignity, furthering the cycle of destruction.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Educational Outreach
We distribute information and discuss threats to human life at high schools, colleges, fairs, and wherever the general public gathers. Our topics include fetal development, abortion, stem cell research, end of life issues, sexual integrity, and suicide prevention.
Legislative Awareness
Inform the general public of activity at all levels of government relating to life and family, including school programs and curriculums, parental rights, budgets, and legislation removing or instating protections of human life.
Media Interviews
Available to the media for press statements and interviews relating to life and family issues.
Sidewalk Counseling
We offer resources and abortion alternatives to women entering abortion facilities and encourage them not abort their babies.
We train and equip new sidewalk counselors.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The mission of California Right to Life is to secure protection for all innocent and helpless human beings under threat of death, especially unborn children, through education and advocacy on their behalf.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We educate the public in California on the threats to human life and the inherent dignity of all people from fertilization to natural death. We go where the public gathers and talk to people, display educational exhibits, and distribute literature.
We distribute a newsletter to educate our members on recent happenings relating to the protection of all human life.
We conduct media interviews on issues relating to the protection of human life.
We provide an opposing voice and presence at events that celebrate or fundraise for the destruction of human life.
We provide resources and information on our website to equip those who wish to take action to protect human life.
We educate women entering abortion facilities about the humanity of their unborn children and offer them alternatives to abortion.
We train new sidewalk counselors to speak to women entering abortion facilities and advocate on behalf of their unborn children.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a cadre of volunteers both young and old who assist us in distributing literature, manning displays, and speaking with the public.
We network with other organizations and provide referrals for those needs we can't address.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
A woman in early pregnancy who was unsure if she wanted to continue to pregnancy visited one of our information tables. We told her about her baby's development and that her baby already had a heartbeat and fingernails. Due to our conversation, she decided against abortion. About a year later, she came back to us with her newborn baby.
A gentleman called our office to ask for help concerning his elderly father. His father's medical team had recommended ceasing treatment. We made a referral to get a second medical opinion and legal counsel, if needed. A week later the gentleman called back to report that his father had been discharged from the hospital, was in a skilled nursing facility, and anticipated returning home soon.
There are just two of the many success stories we hear.
