The Alpha Phi Alpha Scholarship Fund, Inc. was founded in 1985 as a public charity. It is to establish and maintain an endowment for scholarships, the principle of which is to remain intact in perpetuity. The fund will solicit, collect, invest and protect funds to be distributed as scholarships to high school and college students with limited access to funds to aid them to further their educations.
