IMPACT 2012 - 2013

In March 2012 we continued to develop the People In Need (PIN) Partners Project (PPP) and began a collaboration with our first PIN Partner: Venice-based nonprofit service provider Reach For The Top, Inc. who are developing "Casa Amador, a new transitional housing facility for homeless mothers and their children in Los Angeles.

PPP features our benefit PIN song: "BUT FOR THE GRACE OF GOD", performed and produced for us by 5-time Gospel Grammy winner, Edwin Hawkins, Tramaine Hawkins and the Edwin Hawkins Singers - proceeds will go to our PIN Partners Fund to help build Casa Amador.

Throughout 2012, we produced and posted videos on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/spiritofvenice) on our Spirit Of Venice channel.  Videos include: Homeless Pothole Patrol, Occupy Venice, Venice Neighborhood Council, Venice Boardwalk Taskforce, Juneteenth and Free Speech at the Beach and more.

We reported community news via our online monthly community news website: www.spiritofvenice.net (http://www.spiritofvenice.net)

TOP GOALS FOR 2014

To bring the PIN Partners Project (PPP) to the next level, we will be inviting celebrities to endorse and participate in a PIN Partners Telethon (PPT), featuring the PIN song.

We need to raise an additional $1,000,000 needed to start construction on "Casa Amador",  currently in development by our PIN Partner, Reach For The Top, Inc. (R4TT).  For more information go to: http://www.reach4thetop.org
