What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
W.O.R.T.H: HORSEMANSHIP FOR WOMEN
A therapeutic horsemanship group for women who have experienced sexual assault or trauma.
BOOTS ON THE GROUND
Horsemanship for Veterans: A program for military veterans who have survived trauma, bodily injury, or who are having difficulty integrating into civilian life after separation from the military.
HORSEMANSHIP FOR HOMESCHOOLERS
9 week classes for homeschoolers to fulfill an elective in horsemanship.
EXCEPTIONAL EQUESTRIANS
Therapeutic riding program for the broadest range of people. Individuals with special needs, cognitive or behavioral differences, and other challenging situations can participate. It can be tailored to almost anyone.
BADGES AND CAMP-OUTS
For Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, American Heritage Girls, Campfire Girls, and other young people groups, we can host a day of hands-on learning to fulfill merit or skill badge requirements. We can also do these workshops as camp-outs in the summer if the group is large or the requirements extensive.
SUMMER DAY CAMP
For kids ages 7-13. A variety of fun activities centered around equestrian learning opportunities.
STABLE MOMENTS
An EFL (equine facilitated learning) (also called EEL, equine experiential learning) program in which children in foster care get one-on-one mentoring, while learning important life skills through a relationship with a horse.
